Our meeting is open to anyone with a loved one struggling with addiction. We meet every Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm CST via Zoom. This program is co-facilitated by Dr. Brian Samford and Amy Alden. We cover a wide variety of topics, such as addiction being a family disease, support vs. enabling, codependency, setting and keeping boundaries, and the principles taught by Al-Anon.
