Residential/Inpatient Treatment

This inpatient program provides services on our facility grounds for a longer-term basis. Here are a few things that this program provides:

  • Introduction and advancement in 12-Step programming
  • Hope for individuals who have chronically relapsed

Transitional Support

This program is a sober housing program that has a recovery treatment on an outpatient schedule. Here are a few things that this program provides:  

  • Daily house community meeting
  • All meals included
  • Transportation included
  • 10 weekly hours of clinical services, including individual sessions, group sessions, and psycho-education
  • 12-step immersion and completion
  • Monthly Equine Assisted Therapy
  • Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
  • Recovery Advocacy services
  • 24-hour supervision
  • Random toxicology testing
  • Daily prayer and meditation groups
  • Nightly evening review groups
  • Medication management
  • Full-time recovery manager

 

Intensive outpatient treatment

If you no longer need inpatient treatment, this program may be for you. This program is supportive and part-time care for those continuing treatment. Here are a few things that this program provides:

  • Individual or family therapy

  • Random drug or alcohol testing
  • Weekly 12-Step meeting

Relapse Prevention/Recovery Coaching

This program provides support for long-term relapse prevention. Here are a few things that this program provides:  

  • Assist with setting realistic goals
  • Provide a mentor in their corner, working hard on their behalf
  • Create accountability to a continuing care plan or discharge plan
  • Identify and create a plan for the removal of roadblocks
  • Champion continual growth and accomplishments
  • Develop new skills, attributes, and factors that break the cycle of addiction
  • Address all major areas of life
  • Offer personal coaching to reach these goals
  • Provide peace of mind for family members
