Director of Nursing

Meet Christi Finley, the Director of Nursing at The Arbor

Christi Finley serves as Director of Nursing at The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare, bringing nearly two decades of healthcare experience and a deeply personal connection to recovery. Her background spans pediatric trauma, labor and delivery, high-risk obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine, clinical leadership, concierge medicine, and specialized COVID-19 care.

Christi’s path to behavioral healthcare became personal when she came to The Arbor for substance use treatment in 2022. Through her own recovery, she developed a passion for helping others discover that sobriety can offer more than freedom from substances—it can provide the opportunity to build a joyful, connected, and meaningful life.

Following treatment, Christi became active in the recovery community, including volunteering with the recovery-focused nonprofit Reklaimed. In 2024, she returned to The Arbor as Director of Nursing, combining her extensive medical and leadership experience with her passion for helping others find recovery.

Christi believes in compassionate, evidence-informed care that addresses the whole person throughout the recovery process. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington School of Nursing and is currently expanding her expertise in addictions nursing while preparing for the Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) examination.
