The Arbor offers an Intensive Outpatient Treatment program to support individuals as they progress on the path to long-term sobriety. Our program offers supportive care for those completing inpatient treatment or needing continued therapeutic support for drug and alcohol addictions. Services are delivered by a highly educated and experienced treatment team.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Aftercare services offer a unique blend of addiction treatment modalities, with evidence-based practices, experiential workshops, 12-step support, spiritual development, family support and life skills.
Arbor Intensive Outpatient Program
The Arbor Intensive Outpatient Program is an 8-week, structured substance abuse and mental health program designed to help clients overcome personal issues and barriers to sobriety while allowing them to remain in their own home, sober living or other supportive housing.
Our program is led by licensed addiction professionals; clients will be provided with ten clinical service hours per week for eight weeks. We integrate evidence-based practices, 12-step concepts, and experiential modalities for an approach that treats the whole person. Participants will attend four evening group therapy sessions, and meet for individual therapy weekly.
In addition to this individualized approach, The Arbor IOP encourages family participation and support during the outpatient treatment process. The Arbor offers a variety of methods for integrating the family into the program, including bi-weekly family therapy sessions, family group night and family support group. These services are available to families at no additional cost.
Groups, family and individual sessions provide education, counseling and the support needed in early recovery. Outpatient services provide individuals with greater independence to continue everyday activities, such as school, work, and parenting while offering supportive services to succeed in these areas. Clients benefit from engaging in Advocacy Services upon completion of IOP.
