Arbor Behavioral Healthcare offers many different programs that can be beneficial to you. We know that treatment needs to be individualized, tailored to the person we are helping. If one program doesn’t work for you, we have others that will. Whatever your situation is, we can help you reach recovery. Here, we will talk about our different pathways to recovery and what each one entails. Continue reading to learn more.
Residential or Inpatient treatment
Our residential or inpatient treatment for men and women is our highest level of care. Our approach is highly personalized to treat the mind, body, and spirit of our clients. Our inpatient program includes an extended stay that averages 90 days. We help treat your addiction and any co-occurring disorders. We include 12-Step programs, group therapy, and equine therapy, among others in our residential or inpatient program.
Transitional Support
We understand that moving from an inpatient treatment program to living on your own and maintaining sobriety can be extremely difficult, and shocking even. This is why we offer transitional support for men and women. This transitional support acts as a bridge between the two stages of recovery. Our transitional support program is also an average of 90 days. We help further your recovery with 10 hours per week of clinical services as well as 12-Step meetings, all while proving 24-hour supervision.
Sober Living Homes
Our sober living homes are a safe and supportive place for someone in between residential, inpatient support and intensive outpatient treatment. We want to help give you a space where you can focus on your recovery and remain sober for at least 30 days. Sober living homes keep distractions low while still giving you real-life experiences. We have peer support systems, 12-Step meetings, and working with a sponsor. This is a great in-between program that can be beneficial to you.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
There comes a time when an individual doesn’t need residential, inpatient treatment or transitional support anymore. This is where intensive outpatient programs come in. For 8 weeks, our clients receive 10 hours per week of clinical services. We offer individual or family therapy, as well as group therapy during evening sessions. There are also weekly 12-Step meetings, family group nights, and random drug and alcohol testing.
